How do I know if I need a lawyer?

The only way to find out is to ask.  Employment and immigration laws are complicated, and even though it may seem at first that you can handle things on your own, it is easy to make little mistakes that can impact your rights in a significant way.  As a matter of Firm policy, we will not advise anyone to engage our services unless we believe that: (1) a lawyer really is needed, and (2) we believe that we can provide meaningful assistance in meeting the client’s needs. 

Where are your offices?

Our main office is located in the heart of downtown Arlington, at The Curtis Buidling, 318 West Main Street, Suite 100.  We are a block north of Abram, directly across from Theater Arlington. 

How much will it cost for a consultation?

Our consultation fees vary based upon the type of legal matter you have.  Generally, we charge $150 for a one-hour consultation. 

How long do consultations last?

Usually about an hour, unless your case is unusually complex.
